Hi my name is Hannah Kuracina.

Like many ATs I grew up doing sports, gymnastics and skiing/snowboarding were my main sports through childhood and high school. During my undergrad I got into flag football, CrossFit and weightlifting. I currently enjoy weightlifting, dance, hiking and snowboarding. The injuries I sustained were part of the reason I got into sports med. Also interning in the AT clinic during my undergrad solidified that this was what I wanted to do.

My path to being a certified athletic therapist is probably different then most. I grew up outside of Seattle Washington, did my undergrad in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, from there I went back to the US and did my Masters in Athletic Training at the University of Montana. I worked for a year as a certified athletic trainer in the states, as I worked to transfer my certification to Canada.

I believe in treating the athlete not just the injury, and combine manual therapy, modalities, and rehabilitation exercises into my treatment.

I also am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and have my Graston M1 certification.
